About STAYC

STAYC are a South Korean girl group formed by High Up Entertainment, a label co-founded by the production duo Black Eyed Pilseung. They debuted on November 12, 2020 with the single album "Star to a Young Culture" and its lead single "So Bad." The group has six members: Sumin, Sieun, Isa, Seeun, Yoon, and J. Built around a "teen fresh" concept, STAYC became known for catchy, melodic pop singles produced by Black Eyed Pilseung, with "ASAP" emerging as a major breakout hit that performed strongly on South Korean charts and went viral on social media. Follow-ups including "Stereotype," "Run2U," and "Teddy Bear" extended their run of bright pop releases. Associated with K-pop's fourth generation, STAYC are recognized for their producer-driven sound and consistent domestic chart presence, and they have also pursued promotions in international markets.
