CORTIS released their second EP, GREENGREEN, on May 4, 2026, with "REDRED" as the title track. "REDRED" is built on a rugged synthesizer line with a repetitive, catchy rhythm, and all of the members took part in writing and composing it. The EP is framed around stripping back to what the group wants to be at its core. CORTIS debuted in 2025 under BIGHIT Music.

CORTIS is a five-member boy group under BIGHIT MUSIC, the HYBE label also home to BTS and TOMORROW X TOGETHER. The members are Martin, James, Juhoon, Seonghyeon, and Keonho, who debuted on August 18, 2025 with the single "What You Want" as BIGHIT MUSIC's first new boy group since TOMORROW X TOGETHER. The group name is an acronym for "Color Outside the Lines," reflecting a creative identity the members describe as thinking freely and breaking from established rules. CORTIS present themselves as a self-producing act, with the teenage members contributing to songwriting, composition, choreography, and video production. Leader Martin was raised between Seoul and Ottawa, Canada, while James brings a Thai and Hong Kong background, giving the lineup an international makeup from the start. Their debut EP, "Color Outside the Lines," entered the US Billboard 200 at number 15, among the highest debut-album entries for a K-pop act, and surpassed two million in cumulative sales. As one of the newest names on the leaderboard, CORTIS represent the rising wave of fifth-generation idol groups.
