About SF9

SF9 is a South Korean boy group formed by FNC Entertainment, debuting in October 2016. As FNC's first dance-focused boy group, SF9 built its identity around polished, performance-driven choreography and a versatile pop sound. The nine-member group introduced itself with "Fanfare" and developed its catalog through singles such as "O Sole Mio," "Now or Never," "Good Guy," "Summer Breeze," and "Tear Drop," gradually expanding a following in Korea, Japan, and on international tours. Several members branched into acting and hosting, with Rowoon in particular becoming a sought-after television actor. The group's fandom is named Fantasy. SF9 sustained a steady release schedule through the late 2010s and into the period of the members' military enlistments. The group is regarded as a solid third-generation performance act, recognized for choreography and stage presence and for broadening FNC's roster beyond the live bands the label had long been known for.
