CLOSE YOUR EYES released their fourth mini album, 256th Note, on September 30, 2026, led by "Drop That!" The title track is the group's first built on a sample, reworking a Yoon Si-nae song regarded as one of the earliest examples of Korean jazz funk in the style of 1990s street hip-hop. Members Jeon Min-wook and Song Seung-ho wrote the lyrics, and the seven-track album moves across jazz, hip-hop, R&B, and bossa nova, following the pre-release single "Open Your Eyes."
Each point is a rolling 30-day score ending on that date, sampled weekly. May differ from the window composite above.
CLOSE YOUR EYES is a South Korean boy group formed through Project 7, a JTBC survival competition that aired from October to December 2024. The show gathered contestants from across Asia, Europe, North America, and Oceania to compete for a place in a new multinational group, and the final seven members were announced in a live finale on December 27, 2024. The group was placed under Uncore, a label jointly established by SLL and YG Plus. Several members had prior industry experience before the show, including earlier group debuts and appearances on other survival programs. CLOSE YOUR EYES debuted on April 2, 2025, with the extended play Eternalt. With members from South Korea, China, and Japan, the group was positioned from the start for an international audience, and before its official debut the members had already been introduced on a major stage at the Golden Disc Awards in Fukuoka. The group has earned multiple music program wins since debut.
